A summer solstice weekend yoga getaway on Lopez Island.

Kick off summer with your yoga friends on the coolest of the San Juan Islands!  You’ll relive the best version of summer camp on a 29 acre farm with fresh ocean air, old growth forest & pastural fields.

Our goal for the weekend is to simply have fun. Along with Sarah & Elena (Twist Yoga’s fun delegation), you’ll spend three days/two nights playing games, making some art, practicing yoga, and in connection with each other and nature. We think you’ll return with a smile on your face.

Your daily rhythm

Our mornings will include energizing yoga, then a nourishing breakfast. After breakfast, we’ll play camp games, take a hot tub, or book a massage.

Afternoons, including lunch, will be unscheduled to allow time to explore Lopez Island, the beach and trails -or (and?)- have a nap, read, journal and walk the property’s gardens or forest trails. Afternoon contemplative yoga will start at 4:30.

After a vegetarian dinner together, join our campfire for s’mores, charades, games, and assuming someone joins us with a guitar and love of singing, sing-alongs.  Or retire early for a restful night of deep sleep.

Children 15+ welcome.

Retreat begins:

Our first scheduled activity is at 4:30p on Friday; but you can check in as early as 1:00pm if you’d like to enjoy a self-scheduled afternoon -and- you don’t mind arriving to a farm still being turned over from the last guests.

Retreat ends:

After optional post-breakfast activities on Sunday.
