Twist Memberships: policies

Premier All Access Membership: No minimum commitment or multi-month contract. Monthly membership dues are charged to your card the same date every month and continue to charge until we confirm your email request for membership termination or suspension.

Flex(ible) Membership – 5 classes/mo:  Flex Membership is a 5 class per month monthly auto renew membership.  Any unused classes will be lost; classes will not roll over. Monthly membership dues are charged to your card the same date every month and continue to charge until we confirm your email request of membership termination or suspension.

Suspending or terminating memberships:

Suspension: Premier monthly members are eligible for one, annual membership suspension(freeze) for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 3 months.  Suspension/cancellations are complete only when we confirm your email; if you don’t receive an email from us, that means we didn’t receive your email. A minimum of 14 days notice prior to suspension start is required, and start/end dates of suspension must be submitted in writing via email to hello@twistyogaedmonds.com. We are not able to facilitate suspensions or issue refunds for suspensions requested retroactively.  To protect you and create a paper trail,  we are not able to accommodate suspension requests made in person at the front desk, via social media, over the phone or any other way except emailing us at hello@twistyogaedmonds.com. Memberships will be subject to the terms of membership when reactivated from suspension. Flex(ible) memberships cannot be suspended; these memberships may upgrade to Premier membership to enjoy suspension privileges.

To terminate (cancel) your membership, requests must be made in writing via email to hello@twistyogaedmonds.comat least 14 days prior to your next charge date.  We are not able to offer refunds or account changes with notification 13 days or less prior to a monthly charge.  Absolutely no retroactive refunds for notices received after a monthly dues charge, regardless of usage or circumstance.  We do not monitor your accounts for non-use; our memberships continue to charge until we confirmyour email notification. Please note all suspension or termination requests must be made in writing via email to hello@twistyogaedmonds.comin order to create a paper trail which protects you.
