Message from our founder, @jen.at.twist.yoga.studios
Last week, we started seeing studios reopening for in-person public group classes. While we’re launching our private 1-on-1 offering this week, we’re not opening for group classes quite yet.
While our governor’s mandate does not feel fair – hi stuffy outdoor/indoor dining rooms and crowded grocery stores and large corporate gym facilities – it does seem clear: Small, indepently-owned fitness is not allowed to open in any real capacity. The current mandate allows for 45 minute appointments with one client (or multiple clients from same households) for every 500 sq ft of space.
We – like you, probably – wish this were different.
Stay tuned, though: Beginning this week we will be getting people back in the studio with safer, 1-on-1 offerings; we are thrilled to see you again in person, even in this limited capacity.
In the meantime, we continue sharing our group classes and gatherings online and on-demand.
This sucks, we know. We understand that there are lots of opinions and feelings around *everything* and we welcome respectful dialogue on our media pages.
