Tatum considers herself to be a lifetime student of yoga– her mission is to help people build a healthy and sustainable practice. By aligning physical and mental well-being through thoughtfulness, breath, care, and empathy. She encourages you to develop a bond with your practice, by being creative and exploring through organic movement while honoring their body in a mindful way.

Tatum began her practice in 2010 and over the years her practice has shifted and changed, taking her down many paths in the yoga community. Although her style of yoga is ever-evolving, her practice has always been a constant. Tatums classes are creative, fun, and give you room to explore. She is welcoming to beginners and advanced students while providing thoughtful cues throughout class.

When Tatum isn’t teaching, she enjoys hanging with her husband Jeff and her big white husky, Atticus. She likes getting outside in nature and camping, but also loves to spend time creating art and nerding out over the newest video game while cozied up at home!
