Because stillness is as important as movement.
My classes often have bubbly and encouraging energy, I teach creative and challenging yet safe sequences, so you can let loose and have fun. I teach classes I want to take, which usually include remembering not to take yoga so seriously. You’ll also find: breathwork that calms the nervous system, mobility movements that free up sticky joints and tight muscles, a variety of variations that embrace your unique needs, and detailed cues that welcome beginners to seasoned yogis.
