In my classes, you’ll connect with your body and breath in a new and intentional way. We’ll challenge the physical body with thoughtful asana, plus quiet the mind and open our hearts with mindfulness based awareness practice.
I’ve been teaching modalities of yoga and Stott Pilates, meditation, and shamanic breathwork since 2011. I love encouraging clients to connect with their body and breath by incorporating both spirituality as well as a focus on safety, alignment and curiosity. My approach is down to earth and joyful – my goal as a guide is to offer others an empowering experience that they can apply in all areas of their lives.
Kimberly is an initiated breath work healer, E-RYT 500+ and recently Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor. She has practiced with and studied with teachers like Sadi Nardini, Liz Doyle, Jen Mitchell, Ali Valdez, Carina Terra, Michel Spruance and Tina Templeman.
Kimberly is a mom of two boys, works full time in tech, plays competitive tennis, loves gardening, rides her Vespa around town and cruises in her lovely classic 1957 MGA. Since 2022, she leads a Women’s Sailing Group on her sailboat named Resilience, hailing from the Port of Edmonds.
