Jessica Jones is a 500hr yoga teacher, retreat leader, Nutritional Therapist and Ayurveda health coach.
Her passion for holistic health and self-healing began after fighting a long battle with eating disorders and drug addiction. Her health journey began with yoga and soon turned into healthy eating and better lifestyle choices. She started to unlearn her negative relationship with food and her body and learned how to love and nourish it properly. From then on it became her mission to give back and teach others what she had learned.
Jessica is a natural born leader with a fierce passion for helping others to step into their power, believe in themselves, and live up to their highest potential. When Jessica isn’t at yoga, working on her yoga biz, or teaching, you can usually find her dancing, out and about with her husband and son, or somewhere out in nature.
