Christa Wells

Christa has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. As a compliment to athletics during her youth and a way to maintain strength and balance in her life, it’s been one of the best things she’s found for self care.
Because of her love and passion for the practice, she became a certified yoga instructor 200RYT through Open Up Yoga’s teacher training program. It was a long time dream that she be able to share the healing and restorative benefits of yoga with more people who are seeking balance and strength in their lives.
As a musician and performer, it’s always been a joy to connect with people through energetic exchange. Yoga provides the opportunity to align with your true and authentic self through exploration, playfulness and practice. When she’s not on her mat, Christa enjoys singing, skiing, hiking and spending time with her kids.
