I teach balanced yoga classes that give students the opportunity to challenge their physical edges yet also experience rest and rejuvenation for the body, heart, and mind. My classes are rooted in mindful movement, healthy alignment, the pure joy of being present in the here and now, and the eight limbs of yoga. I draw on resources from previous professional experience in dance and elementary education and believe that remaining committed to lifelong learning with humility, is essential to teaching.
