Ande’s yoga journey began 20 years ago as the only form of exercise she enjoyed! Through years of practice she discovered so much about herself, and life, through yoga.

Ande’s approach to life (and yoga!) is one that is full of fun and light. She believes we learn best when we are challenged. As an instructor, Ande seeks to challenge others through strong creative sequences, and help balance between ease and effort both on and off the mat.

When not practicing yoga you will find Ande hanging out with her awesome yogi husband, chasing after her 4 kids, squishing her adorable pug, and listening to punk rock/new wave music. You haven’t lived until you’ve done a vinyasa class to Duran Duran and Wang Chung!
