I help overstimulated individuals find presence and balance on the mat so they can live more intentional lives. In my classes, you’ll reconnect with yourself through breathwork, meditation, chanting and dynamic sequences. You can expect to build heat, release tension and leave with a feeling of calm, ease, and empowerment. I believe yoga is a practice of radical self-inquiry and that simple practices can can open the door to a better state of mind, health, and happiness. 

My joy is to help people find their way through the ups and downs of life using yoga. My offerings are accessible to most, if not all. I’m here to support you along your way.
