Join us for a slow vinyasa practice focused on feeling the energetics throughout your own body.
We’ll go over the 7 main Chakras, with intention to clear and cleanse our energy bodies as we move through class. Focusing on the energetics of your own body, you’ll experience the shifts as you move through your practice. We will begin with a strong and grounding vinyasa practice and transition into a softer yin towards the end.
Melissa, a yoga instructor, and reiki practitioner, will host the workshop and teach yoga. Amy, another reiki practitioner, will be there to help infuse Reiki energetics throughout the class.
Melissa or Amy will personally offer reiki to each person during savasana or ending yin poses to help clear your energy field so you leave feeling relaxed and balanced.
Personal reiki session is optional, and will be explained thoroughly at the beginning of class so you know what to expect. We will also use consent cards so you can decide if you would like to experience reiki, or just relax and have a deep savasana.
Workshop is for all levels (vinyasa or hatha experience helpful but not needed), and is perfect for anyone curious about Reiki or who would love to experience an energy balancing while practicing yoga.
