It’s our Yoga for Athletes series, Runners’ edition!

You’ll discover the synergy of yoga and running in this specialized class designed for runners looking to improve their running performance and recovery and mitigate injury risk. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or newer to hitting the trails, this practice will give you a foundation for incorporating yoga into your training routine (and you don’t need to be experienced with yoga, either!).

In this class, you’ll experience a complete yoga practice, and we’ll briefly discuss the ins and outs of utilizing yoga in your training regimen.

Your teacher Elena is a Seattle-based movement specialist and yoga teacher whose clients range from professional and high-performance athletes to individuals looking to move and feel better in their bodies. Her extensive experience working with athletes in private and group settings allows her to demystify what it means to combine yoga with athletics, and she is inspired to share this with you!

What to bring

Wear yoga/comfortable athletic clothes, your yoga mat (or rent one from us for $5) and a water bottle. All other props provided.

Exchange: $31 Premier Members/$39 non members, preregistered.  Add $10 day of workshop.

Reservations a must. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early and make sure to check in with the front desk to secure your spot.  

Cancellation policy: Refunds allowed, with a 15% service charge, up until 14 days prior to workshop.  After, no refunds or credits offered, including for failure to attend workshop.
