It’s our Yoga for Athletes series, climbing edition!

Level up your climbing in this specialized yoga class designed specifically for climbers looking to incorporate yoga to cross-train, chase higher grades, and mitigate injury risk. Whether you’ve been climbing mountains your whole life or are a self-declared indoor gym-goer only, this practice gives a solid understanding as to how yoga can support your climbing goals (you don’t need to know how to do yoga, either).

In this class, you’ll experience a complete yoga practice, and we’ll briefly discuss the ins and outs of utilizing yoga for performance as a climber.

What to bring

Wear yoga/comfortable athletic clothes, your yoga mat (or rent one from us for $5) and a water bottle. All other props provided.

Exchange: $31 Premier Members/$39 non members, preregistered.  Add $10 day of workshop.

Cancellation policy: Refunds with a 15% service charge, up until 14 days prior to workshop.  After, no refunds or credits offered, including for failure to attend event.
