Do you suffer from back pain? Join Yogi Bridgette Dillan for a workshop dedicated to helping students alleviate back pain. Focus will be on the psoas muscle, quadratus lumborum and sciatica.
We will use the practices of asana, pranayama and meditation. Learn how to alter your yoga poses using props and modifications in order to stay pain free during your yoga practice at home or in the studio.
Exchange: $36 (members)/$45 (non members) if preregistered. Add $10 day of workshop.
