This 2-hour class is designed for the practitioner who wishes to explore or refine foundational aspects of yoga.
We will learn a set of foundation postures, as well as basic breathing and meditation that make up the practice of Hatha yoga;
Yoga is appropriate for just about anyone. You don’t need to be flexible or be able to quiet the mind. This class is perfect for people new to the practice of yoga as well as for more seasoned students who want to review the basics.
Exchange: $29, preregistered. $39 day of the class.
