Join Gina and Ruth for a grounding, revitalizing Winter Day Retreat. This in-studio day retreat will be an opportunity to energize from within during our dark winter months.  In the winter, we have the possibility to slow down, look inward, and heal ourselves at a deeper level as we explore what is present within us. This retreat will include guided gentle yoga and meditation practices aimed at building physical strength, decreasing internal stress, and developing emotional resilience. All levels of yoga and meditation are welcome. Come, nourish your body and spirit during this special day of self care, skill building and deepening connections.


  • 3 guided meditations (approximately 30 min long)
  • 3 yoga sessions (approximately 45 min long) for a balanced combination of movement and stillness.
  • 60 minute lunch break with an optional mindful eating session.
  • Dharma talk: Restorative sleep, how to get it and how sleep affects mental health. Talk based on evidence-based CBT models. Handouts are available.
  • Restorative yoga practice incorporating guided meditation to allow our nervous systems to recalibrate and make space for deep relaxation

Reservations a must.  Doors open 15 minutes prior to the event.

Location: Richmond Beach

To bring:  lunch, water, a blanket or large towel. Yoga props and bolsters will be provided but please bring your own if you would like along with a yoga mat (mats will also be available to rent).  Tea will be provided.

Exchange: $100/$125 members/non-members, preregistered. Add $20 day of retreat if space is available.

Cancellation policy: Refunds allowed, with a 15% service charge, up until 14 days prior to retreat.  After, no refunds or credits offered, including for failure to attend event.
