Study traditional Vedic Thai Yoga Massage fundamentals in this four day, 24 CEU  immersion training taught by Mukti, the founder of the Vedic Conservancy.

Known in Thailand as Nuad Borarn, Vedic Thai Yoga Massage is a form of bodywork utilized traditionally as a remedy to emotional stress and physical inertia. In this training, you’ll learn how to facilitate a two hour thai yoga session, during which you’ll blend flowing rhythmic compressions of the feet, knees, palms, elbows, forearms and fingers with yoga asana and pranayama breath practices. The result produces a balanced and harmonious integration of the body’s vital systems.

Curriculum includes demonstrations, lecture, and discussion, as well as plenty of practicum giving and receiving with various partners in the class. You will learn:

  • How to apply the 2-hour sequence of Thai-Yoga Bodywork asanas and techniques, including transitions.
  • How to use breath, meditation, mantra, bandha, and yogic techniques to enhance the quality of the session.
  • To comprehend the theories of releasing the energy on a physical, emotional, and spiritual plane.
