Redefine your Friday Night with a healthier and more balanced way to end your week! 

Ditch the ick of another happy hour or the blah of mindless scrolling on your sofa and instead join Sarah and other like-minded yogis for an evening of active rest:  You’ll wake up feeling refreshed and clear-headed Saturday morning, with vitality and feel-good endorphins to truly embrace your weekend: whether you’re up early to tackle your to-do list or a meetup with friends to hike a trail. 

What to expect

You’ll enter a dark, galaxy light filled studio where you’ll nestle into your coziest clothes, blankets and pillows to experience guided meditation, AKA Yoga Nidra practice.

Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep” helps you withdraw from your senses and move inwards to allow for deep relaxation.

You’ll practice breath and body awareness designed to increase focus, lightness and stillness. Included are visualization practices can skyrocket creativity. 

After practice, option to enjoy community, light snacks and tea, with space to reconnect with creative journaling or drawing if you choose.

What to bring

Wear your most comfortable clothes (or better yet, your PJs!) and bring your yoga mat and your favorite coziest pillows, blankets, eye pillows etc.

Reservations a must.  Doors open 15 minutes prior to event. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early and make sure to check in with the front desk to secure your spot.

Exchange: $31 Premier Members/$39 non members, preregistered.  Add $10 day of workshop.

Cancellation policy: Refunds allowed, with a 15% service charge, up until 14 days prior to workshop.  After, no refunds or credits offered, including for failure to attend event.
