Until then: a 10 hour weekend workshop designed to learn the effects of sound and vibration on the entire being, body and mind. We’ll examine how sound soothes the nervous system and influences deep relaxation and brain waves.
You’ll learn the basics of tones and notes, and how to play crystal and brass singing bowls, how to implement them into your yoga or healing offerings, as well as how to create a basic, 20 minute sound bath.
