Meet us for activities and an informative discussion each week. If you can’t make it in, each session will have an audio recording and info packet available for you to explore at your leisure.
- Week 1: Mindfulness. You’ll learn how to start a meditation practice and stick to it.
- Week 2 Movement. You’ll introduce light exercise to keep the body functioning at its peak.
- Week 3: Breath. Journey into the breath exploring pranayama to bring more peace to the body and mind.
- Week 4: Nutrition: Learn how your eating habits affect our wellbeing.
- Week 5: The 8 Limbs, Yamas: Focus on the yogic way to relate to ourselves.
- Week 6: The 8 Limbs, Niyamas. Turn your awareness outward to how we interact with the world and how to live your purpose in a mindful, yet powerful, way.
