Learn how to sleep better, fall -and stay- asleep faster and wake with more energy and vitality in this 2 hour workshop. 

Join Sarah to learn how to create your own Ayurvedic daily routine and receive the benefits of guided meditation, AKA Yoga Nidra, to create a dramatic improvement in your quality sleep.  

Hint: It’s not just about the 10pm – 6am/8 hours a night we’ve been told!  Instead, you’ll learn how the brain responds to meditation to provide deep relaxation, help to slow down brain activity and calm the nervous system, allowing for easier and more restful sleep.

After our comprehensive discussion, we’ll practice what we learned: Gentle movement and breath work before settling into our practice of Yoga Nidra. 

You’ll leave with a clear plan for better sleep! Included in your workshop is a complimentary take home Nidra recording to use whenever you’d like! 

What to Bring

Guided meditation is often practiced in a supported lie down position but can also be in a supported seat. Wear comfortable clothes and bring any extra props you like to have with you (blankets, bolster, pillow, eye pillow, journal).

Reservations a must.  Doors open 15 minutes prior to event. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early and make sure to check in with the front desk to secure your spot.
