As we transition into the depths of winter, take a moment for reflection and seasonal eating. Late Autumn is a time to reap the harvest both metaphorically and in the food we gather. The hope is that the harvest will sustain you through the long sleep of Winter until Spring and new growth arrives. In this workshop we’ll use restorative and rhythmic movement in combination with reflective writing to prepare to do begin deep inner work during the winter season. We’ll begin venturing into our inner caves in a guided meditation to start discerning what direction our winter season will take.
