An 8 week series with Jessica 
July 12 – August 30.  Meets Thursdays, 10:45 – 11:45 am.  

Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your changing body – and your baby! – during pregnancy. This is a gentle and safe class for anyone in your first, second, or third trimester, or preparing for pregnancy.

We’ll utilize various yoga poses to help aid common discomforts of pregnancy, deepen our awareness of our pelvis to developing flexibility and strength, and practice poses and breathing techniques that you can use in your labor and delivery. Most importantly, we’ll explore the connection between rest and the nervous system, and how this connection can help us immensely during labor.  Join us for the entire series or pick/choose your dates to drop in.

**Make sure to eat a light snack at least one hour before class, and bring water or hydrating beverage.

Exchange:  $112 (Premier members)/$140 (non members) for 8-class series.  -or- $20 per class, drop in.

Refund/Make up policies:  Tuition is non refundable and non-transferrable.  Make up classes are not offered for missed classes.
