Join a supportive community of expectant mamas to prepare for pregnancy, labor and the major life shift of becoming a parent (or becoming a parent again) in this 8-week prenatal series with Izabella.

Throughout the series, you’ll practice connecting with your baby and your body,  tapping into your intuition, and learning techniques for an easier labor and delivery.  We will also address typical physical and emotional pains associated with being pregnant.

Most importantly, you’ll join and create your own community of like-minded mamas & expectant mamas that could be friends for life.

Required materials: Please bring a yoga mat (or rent/buy one from us the first class), and a rectangular yoga bolster.

Exchange: $135 Premier Members/$169 non members, preregistered. Add $20 if booked the first day of series .

Cancellation policy: Refunds allowed, with a 15% service charge, up until 14 days prior to start of series.  After, no refunds or credits offered, including for failure to attend classes in the series.  Make up classes or refunds/credits for missed classes in the series are not offered. Missing a class doesn’t make the next class unreachable; please return after a missed class.
