Balance requires an abundance of strength, body and spatial awareness, alignment and breath. Learn what aspects make up balancing postures, such as dancer pose, bird of paradise, toe stand, and more! We’ll play with a variety of standing, balancing poses to help the alignment click and the strength build.

This is a perfect compliment to your Vinyasa and/or Hot Hatha practice. We’ll break down common postures to help you dive deeper into your expressions. We will also cover less common postures to expand your wealth of knowledge.

Exchange:  $24/30 Premier members/non members.  Add $10 day of class.
