Your mid-back core (MBC) is a built-in superhero that’s likely offline, under conditioned and under utilized. Your breathing, nervous system and wellness are all affected by the middle of your body (read: back body, too!) and the muscles that defy gravity. Let’s wake up your MBC and transform this muscle group to the powerhouse it is in supporting your spine, posture and wellness.

In this workshop, you’ll gain:

  • Understanding the role the spine – especially the mid back/Thoracic spine – has on respiration, vitality and wellbeing
  • Learn about and condition mid-back core muscles to combat the affects of modern living and promote postural health

You’ll awaken and integrate the connections between mid-back, neck, shoulders, arms and chest. You’ll condition MBC muscles and I’ll lead you through a practice to exercise optimal spinal alignment. After this workshop, anywhere you go, you’ll remember your superhero MBC to support any posture with integrity.
