Join us for Kids Yoga Club, designed for little yogis ages 6-12. In this 8 week series, we will use non-competitive yoga postures, meditation, music and stories to get to know our bodies, encourage positive character traits and self-esteem.
Kids will have fun will breath work, movement and mediation. Yoga can benefit everybody, large and small, athletic or not, old or young. A great workout and a lot of fun. 🙂
You may drop off your little yogi and spend 45 minutes running errands or get a quiet cup of coffee across the street. All levels are welcome. Make-ups are not available for missed classes.
