A 4 week series with Meghan
Location: Virtual. You’ll receive the Zoom link a day before class.
Date: Begins Sep 10. Meets Thursdays, 7pm.
You’ve thought about starting (or restarting) your yoga practice a zillion times. But those nagging thoughts:

- What if I can’t touch my toes or look silly?
Join us online for our 4-week Intro Series and gain the knowledge and confidence to begin or resume a yoga practice.
From the comfort and safety of your own home, we’ll teach you the step-by-step process to get stronger, release tension and stress, and learn how to be friends with your body.

Meets Thursdays at 7pm for 4 weeks.
Exchange: $79
Refund/Make up policies: Tuition is non refundable. We are able to transfer your enrollment to our next session if we received your emailed request to jen@twistyogaedmonds.com prior to 7 days of series start date. No transfers after that time. We do not offer make up classes for missed classes.
