The standard sequence of 26 postures we do in standard Hot Hatha Yoga classes comes from a lineage that includes 84 postures. Bikram Chodhury was the student of physical culturist and body builder Bishnu Ghosh, who taught these postures to students in Calcutta, India.
Mo’s Ghosh Intermediate Workshop meets the second Saturday of each month, and a fun, healing and casual atmosphere. Just bring your curiosity to play with your yoga practice! No “advanced” experience necessary.
