Train to complete a 5k in ten weeks!

Whether you are a seasoned runner looking to join a running group or you are wish to train for your first 5K race, join us at Twist Yoga Shoreline for an 10-week training workshop led by Stefanie Carr – certified running coach + yoga instructor

You’ll receive a 5k training program, participate in twice weekly group runs facilitated by Coach Stefanie and enjoy post-run yoga for injury prevention, balance and well-being.

This workshop will help beginning (or returning) runners reach the goal of completing a 5k run by creating and building endurance, stamina, flexibility and confidence. Seasoned runners will enjoy the camaraderie and connection of an all-levels running group.

Together, we’ll complete a 5k on Sunday November 18th*

No previous experience of running and/or yoga is needed and the workshop is suitable for runners and yoginis of all abilities.

  • Location:  Twist Yoga Shoreline
  • Dates:  September 11 – November 18 (20 meetups)*
    *no coach Oct 11th, 16th, 18th, 23rd (group training runs provided for these dates).
  • Meets: Tuesdays + Thursdays, 10:30am – noon.
Exchange:
$199 Premier Members/$249 non members, preregistered.  Add $30 if registered the day of workshop.  * Cost of 5K not included in training program; registration required separately.
Cancellation policy: Refunds allowed, with a 15% service charge, up until 14 days prior to first training day.  After, no refunds or account credits allowed.  Sorry, we offer no make ups for missed classes.
