This 5-class series will start out with an overview of what the Ten Bodies are in the Kundalini Yoga tradition which include the physical, mental and energy bodies.  You will have the opportunity to fill out a numerology report that provides recommendations for the best Kundalini Yoga to practice to balance your Ten Bodies.

Results recommended from the reports will be the Kriyas (specifically ordered asanas and exercises) we will learn and practice in class!

Class One: Overview of the Ten Bodies, the importance of a regular practice and Kundalini Yoga – The Kriya for Awakening to Your Ten Bodies

Class Two: Kundalini Yoga class with pranayam, a kriya and meditation

Class Three: Kundalini Yoga class with pranayam, a kriya and meditation

Class Four: Kundalini Yoga class with pranayam, a kriya and meditation

Class Five: Kundalini Yoga class with pranayam, a kriya and meditation with an overview of supporting essential oils
