Get clear and more confident working with your – or the people you support –  shoulders, spine and hips.

Over the course of three Saturday mornings in November (Nov 4, 11, 18th), we’ll explore deeper work with anatomy and kinesiology. Each Saturday we’ll review anatomy and general mechanics of the targeted area, then discuss which postures most effect that part of the body/how to sequence and cue a yoga practice to focus on healthy alignment, common issues and possible ways to work with folks who can benefit from extra support.

We’ll also look at sequencing more interesting classes that address targeted areas beyond the same old status quo!

Training Location:  Richmond Beach

Training Schedule: Saturdays, 9:30 – 2:00

Tuition: $295 if registered by October 20.  $345 after.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds available, less a 15% administration fee, up to 14 days prior to workshop. No refunds, account credits or transfers allowable after that time.
