Get clear and more confident working with your – or the clients’ – hips, low back and SI joints.

We’ll review anatomy of the pelvis and it’s general mechanics, then discuss which postures most effective in a sustainable and strong yoga practice.  We’ll discuss how to sequence and cue a yoga practice to focus on healthy alignment, common issues and possible ways to work with folks who can benefit from extra support.

We’ll also look at sequencing more interesting classes that address targeted areas beyond the same old status quo!

If taken as a stand alone workshop, you may earn 4 hours Yoga Alliance credits.
