Frequently asked questions
What if my body feels tight and so different than pre-pandemic? I’m feel weaker than I did before.
You’re in good hands and are in the right place. You are where you begin, again and again.
Do we meet in studio or online?
Will the teacher be socialy distant and wearing a mask?
They might be, it’s up to both of your comfortable levels.
Memberships: what if I can’t make this week’s session?
Practice is best when it’s consistent; your 1-on-1 membership includes a standing appointment at the same time and day each week. With more than 24 hours notice, you may reschedule your week’s session for a $30 fee. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your standing session will be lost.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that will stretch. Yoga is done in your bare feet. Bring your mat or purchase one in studio.
What props should I bring?
None. In private sessions, we provide santitized props and everything you’ll need except mats and water.
Should I eat before I come to our session?
Having something light in your stomach before class is fine to keep energy and blood sugar levels up, but avoid any heavy or large meals for at least 2 hours before class. Also, you will have a better experience if you come to class hydrated.
Is there a secure place to change and store belongings?
Yes, to both.
