—Lilias Folan Host of the PBS series Lilias, Yoga and You
Although language is one of the most important tools we have to connect with others, we are sometimes not aware of the power of the words we choose.
Join us for this workshop, where we’ll examine how the words we use with family, friends, colleagues or clients affect our relationships. How can we ask for what we want in ways that help us get it? How can be disagree with someone and still stay in connection with our self and the other person? What does it sound like to speak from the concept of satya, truth?
Whether you’re a teacher, student on this path, therapist or human being, this workshop will form an invaluable foundation to living yoga. Offered as a personal exploration, as 10 hr CEU or as part of Twist Yoga’s 500 RYT Independent Study Certification.
