This 2-hour class is designed for the practitioner who wishes to explore or refine foundational aspects of yoga.

We will learn several foundation postures, as well as breathing and meditation techniques that make up the practice of Hatha yoga;

Yoga is appropriate for just about anyone. You don’t need to be flexible or be able to quiet the mind. You simply need the desire to show up and do your best. This class is perfect for people new to the practice of yoga as well as for more seasoned students who want to review the basics.

Exchange: $29, preregistered. $39 day of the class.

Cancellation policy:  Tuition is non refundable.  We are able to transfer your enrollment to our September intro series if we received your emailed request to prior to 7 days of class start date.  No transfers after that time.
