Learn the fundamentals of Yoga Nidra in this 15 hour CEU immersion training taught by Michele Hausman, ERYT.

Yoga Nidra is said to be a great treasure, a mighty meditative resource for healing, insight and empowerment.  It is a state of consciousness in which we are invited to travel deeply within and reconnect with the elemental truth of who we are.  Yoga Nidra provides us with the opportunity to experience profound rest and relaxation.

Over the course of the weekend, participants will learn the physiology and science behind Yoga Nidra and learn how to skillfully deliver a safe yoga Nidra practice in a class or in a private setting.
