This 60 minute class begins as a strong, vigorous vinyasa flow held in a warm, yet comfortable 80-84 degree room, and winds down with quieter, meditative postures. Sequencing and challenge level is appropriate for beginners and the more experienced yogi. Deepen your yoga practice, plus challenge your body and mind with our Heated Hatha classes. This practice moves slower & is more precise than vinyasa, but just as vigorous, if not more so. You’ll move through a sequence of strong postures designed to ignite your internal fire with core support, pranayama and longer holds. The longer holds help you increase both strength and steadiness of mind, and also to get the full benefits out of each asana. Aided by the use of heat, the studio will be warmed to 80-84 degrees to increase muscular flexibility, sweat, and to free your body from toxins; the breath work oxygenates and rejuvenates every cell in your body. Suitable for all levels with modifications.
