Absolute Basics
This 60 minute class is great for students who enjoy going into detail and building a strong foundation for your yoga practice. Parts of the class flow like a vinyasa class, however the teacher stops occasionally for detailed explanation and pose breakdowns. Suitable for all levels.  Held in a warm (80 degree) room.

Vinyasa for All Levels
60 or 75 minutes. A heated, vigorous style of flow yoga that synchronizes breath with movement. This class will be 2/3 heat building vinyasa and 1/3 longer holds, deeper stretching. Students will participate in beginning arm balances, inversions and jump backs, with basic/beginning pranayama. With modifications, suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa I
With sequencing simpler than Vinyasa II, this vinyasa class will be 2/3 heat building vinyasa and 1/3 longer, deeper poses. Held in a comfortably heated room (between 80-84 degrees,) this flow style of yoga synchronizes breath with movement. Teachers’ descriptions are in greater detail than Vinyasa II or III; modifications offered regularly.  Each class will have a physical and mindful theme that will be threaded through the sequencing. Beginning pranayama work included. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa II
This class is a strong vinyasa flow held in a comfortably heated room (between 80-84 degrees.) Classes incorporate more advanced asana and sequencing, but continue to follow the Twist Vinyasa style. Students will be participating in poses such as headstand, arm balances, and deeper pranayama work. Please note pose breakdown and explanations are NOT as detailed as in Absolute Basics & Vinyasa I classes; instructor assumes students’ basic knowledge of asana. Suitable for all levels with students’ care to modify and adjust practice.

Vinyasa III
Similar to Vinyasa I-II, with the incorporation of more advanced asana and sequencing. Students will be participating in poses such as headstand, arm balances, and deeper pranayama work. Please note pose breakdown and explanations are NOT as detailed as in Basics & Vinyasa I classes; instructor assumes students’ basic knowledge of asana. Suitable for all levels with students’ care to modify and adjust practice.

Power Vinyasa I/II
This style of yoga is a dynamic combination of strength, sweat and spirituality. This accessible, yet challenging, and flowing form of yoga will sculpt and tone the muscles of the body while clearing and clarifying the muscle of the mind.Sequencing follows a standard sequence of Sun Salutations, standing poses, inversions, backbending and seated postures. Beginning pranayama work included. Power vinyasa classes are structured and vigorous, and are performed in a heated to a comfortable 84 degrees. With modifications, suitable for all levels of practitioners who wish to move, sweat, stretch deeply and explore one’s potential.

Happy Hour Vinyasa
End your busy work week with our Friday night Happy Hour Vinyasa! This 60 minute class begins as a strong, vigorous vinyasa flow held in a warm, yet comfortable 80-84 degree room, and winds down with quieter, meditative postures. Sequencing and challenge level is appropriate for beginners and the more experienced yogi. Challenging but accessible postures build strength, endurance, and flexibility, but are at the same time mentally relaxing. Suggestions for those who want to intensify their practice as well as modifications and props for those who are newer, make this class appropriate for all.

Heated Hatha
Deepen your yoga practice, plus challenge your body and mind with our Heated Hatha classes.  This practice moves slower & is more precise than vinyasa, but just as vigorous, if not more so. You’ll move through a sequence of strong postures designed to ignite your internal fire with core support, pranayama and longer holds.  The longer holds help you increase both strength and steadiness of mind, and also to get the full benefits out of each asana.  Aided by the use of heat, the studio will be warmed to 80-84 degrees to increase muscular flexibility, sweat, and to free your body from toxins; the breath work oxygenates and rejuvenates every cell in your body. Suitable for all levels with modifications.

Candlelit Restorative
Our Friday night class. A still and gentle practice that facilitates restful relaxation and deep structural release. We will work with a combination of Yin, restorative and soft, simple movements to find a quality of ease and groundedness in the body and mind. Suitable for all levels. Props, bolsters and blankets are provided, however are in limited supply. Students are encouraged to bring their own blankets for use during practice, to ensure comfort for all, as this class often fills.
